When he waves his mystical staff, he goes into a trancelike state, and he can even hear the wind speak to him. It tells him the secrets to the sun, the moon, and the stars. It also gives him the winning lottery numbers. Unfortunately, it doesn’t say which lottery drawing they belong to, but, hey, that’s still pretty magical.
