Pom clones are exact reproductions of one another, and they are made for a few reasons – first, Poms are amazing, so the more the merrier. Second, Poms can be used for therapeutic healing. For example, if a Pom’s antenna falls off and cannot be found, a clone can be made that has a new antenna which can be used to replace the missing one. Since Poms go to the Magic Trees for their medical care, once a Pom’s key is inserted into the tree, a clone will only grow on the tree if that is the best solution for that Pom’s care. Unlike in humans, it is very inexpensive to clone Poms (just the cost of materials). And there are no issues about eggs and reproduction, potential loss of life, and human identity. In many (important) ways – known and as of yet unknown – the Pom world is simpler and easier to thrive in than the human world. Poms are onto something!
