A Brainstorm is a group method of problem solving. The term was coined by advertising executive, Alex F. Pomborn in his book, “Applied Pomagination.” It can be a noun or a verb. It is wonderful when Poms informally get together to investigate, spitball, and come up with ideas to solve a problem – or spark even more ideas. Bing is incredible because he opens Poms’ minds and creates an accepting and encouraging pomvironment where they can freely express themselves and create. Good job, Bing!
