Behold every Pom I’ve created from day one until today:
Air Pom Pros are used by Poms to talk on their cell phones (or any other device synched with them) without using wires. They are water and sweat resistant. Buttercup, the Pom Moo Cow, can use them while she is at the pool for her synchronized swimming team practice. They are so handy – and yet, ironically, they enable Poms to free up their hands when they are on the phone. And for those Poms who don’t have hands, Air Pom Pros are even more handy! (No pun intended 😃)
A Pom shadow is created when an object blocks the sun’s rays. They are longer in the winter because of the angle of the sun. A Pom’s shadow is longer early in the morning and in the late afternoon. If an object is close to a light source, the shadow is large. The four parts of a Pom shadow are the umbra, penumbra, antumbra, and the facebra. Mort’s shadow is named Phil. Mort loves when Phil comes out to play. They have a beautiful relationship – especially early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Now go hang out with your shadow!
He is here to remind us that no matter how cold it may be on the outside, love and joy are here to warm us on the inside. He has a little furnace of goodness on the inside, beaming out through his cool Pom body – just like we do. He reminds us that even the toughest days will thaw. We will make it through – with flying colors (and sparkles).
